学生ビザ(Student Visa 500) 申請にはオーストラリア移民局公式サイトのImmiAccountを利用します。

＞＞ImmiAccount 作成方法

学生ビザ申請には以下の情報が必要となります。

• パスポート情報
• パスポート以外の身分証明書 (運転免許書など)
• 家族の情報
• 留学生健康保険
• 入学許可書
• 英語検定試験の成績証明書
• 学歴と職歴
• GTE要件を満たすことの証明

ImmiAccount ログイン

オーストラリア移民局公式サイトImmiAccount を開くと、Login to ImmiAccount (ログイン画面)が表示されます。

① ユーザー名とパスワードをそれぞれ入力します。

② 入力完了すると「Login (ログイン)」を選択します。

ログインに成功すると Login successful のページが表示されます。

こちらのページにはビザ関連の最新情報が表示されます。

次へ進むには「Continue」を選択します。

My applications summary

ImmiAccountにログインすると「My applications summary」ページが表示されます。

こちらからビザの申請が可能となっています。

また「List of applications」の項目から作成中のビザ申請や過去に発行されたビザのリストが確認できます。

ビザの種類を選択

ImmiAccount ではほとんどのオーストラリアビザが申請可能となっています。

新規の学生ビザを申請する場合は、以下のプロセスを行います。

①「New Application」を選択します。

すると申請可能なビザの申請書の欄が表示されます。

こちらの中からStudent (学生)を選択します。

Student (学生)を選択すると、３つのビザが表示されます。

• Student Guardian Visa (590)
• Student Visa (500)
• Student Visa (Subsequent Entrant) (500)

３つのうちの Student Visa (500)を選択します。

Terms and Conditions (利用規約)

ImmiAccountを利用するにはその都度、利用契約の同意が必要です。

利用規約を読み同意上 「I have read and agree to the terms and conditions」 にチェックを入れ、Next (次)へ進ます。

学生ビザ申請方法

Application context (申請状況)

① Current location (現在地)

申請者の現在地 (学生ビザをどの国から申請するのか)をリストから選択します。

日本国内から申請する場合は Japan を選択します。

そうすると、「Legal Status (法的地位)」の項目が表示されるので、下記のリストの中から適切な身分を選択します。

＊日本国籍の場合は Citizen (国民)を選択します。

オーストラリア国内から申請する場合はAustralia を選択します。

そして追加項目 Is this the first time the applicant is applying for a student visa? (申請者が学生ビザを申請するのは今回が初めてですか？) に「YES」か「NO」で答えます。

② Confirmation of enrolment (入学許可証)

Does the applicant hold a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) for any intended course of study in Australia?  (申請者はオーストラリアで受講するコースの CoEを既に取得していますか？）に「YES」か「NO」で答えます。

「YES」を選択した場合、「Add details (詳細を追加)」の項目が表示されるので「Add」を選択し、 CoEの情報を入力します。

また Is this course a continuation of the applicant’s studies or training outside Australia? (こちらのコースはビザの申請者がオーストラリア国外からの学習や訓練の継続コースですか？)の問い合わせには「Yes」か「No」を選択し、「Confirm」を選択します。

③ Other evidence of intended study (その他の就学の証)

Does the applicant hod evidence of their intended study in Australia other than a CoE? (申請者はCoE以外にオーストラリアでの就学を証明する証拠がありますか？) に「YES」か「NO」で答えます。

CoE以外の証拠がある場合は「YES」を選択し、「Add」を選択し必要情報を入力します。

④ Education sector (教育部門)

受講するコースの Education sector (教育部門)を下記のリストから選択します。

• Independent ELICOS Sector (語学学校)
• Schools Sector (小中高)
• Vocational Education and Training Sector (職業教育訓練部門；TAFEなど)
• Higher Education Sector (大学・大学院)
• Postgraduate Research Sector ()
• Non-Award Sector ()
• Foreign Affairs or Defence Sector ()

⑤ Closure of education provider (教育機関の閉鎖)

Is the applicant applying for this visa due to the closure of their education provider? (今回のビザの申請が教育機関の閉鎖もしくは倒産が原因ですか？) に「YES」か「NO」で答えます。

⑥ Commonwealth funded student (オーストラリア政府奨学金の奨学生)

Is the applicant receiving partial or full funding under a training scheme approved by the Commonwealth government of Australia? (申請者はオーストラリア政府の奨学生ですか？) に「YES」か「NO」で答えます。

日本人の場合「NO」を選択します。

④ Relationship status (未婚、既婚等)

• De Facto (同棲中)
• Divorced (離婚)
• Engaged (婚約中)

⑤ Other names / spellings (他の名前)

Is this applicant currently, or have they ever been known by any other names? (申請者は旧姓を含む他の名前がありますか？)

ある場合は「YES」を選択し、詳細は記入します。

⑥ Citizenship (国籍)

Is this applicant a citizen of the country of passport? (申請はパスポート発行国) に「YES」か「NO」で答えます。

Is this applicant a citizen of any other country? (申請者が他国籍を所有していますか？) に「YES」か「NO」で答えます。

⑦ Other passports (他国のパスポート)

Does this applicant have other current passports? (申請者は他の国の有効なパスポートを持っていますか？) に「YES」か「NO」で答えます。

⑧ Other identity documents (身分証明書)

Does this applicant have other identity documents? (申請者は他の身分証明書を持っていますか？)に「YES」か「NO」で答え、「Continue」を選択します。

パスポート以外の身分証明書がある場合は「YES」を選択し、下記の情報を入力します。

• Family name (姓)
• Given names (名)
• Type of document (証明書の種類)*
• Identification number (ID番号)
• Country of issue (発行国)

*Type of document (証明書の種類)に関しては下記のリストから適する書類を選択します。

• Birth certificate (出生証明書)
• Drivers licence (免許書)

⑨ Health examination (健康診断)

Has this applicant undertaken a health examination for an Australian visa in the last 12 months? (申請者は過去12ヶ月以内にビザ申請のための健康診断を受けましたか？) に「YES」か「NO」で答え、「Next」を選択します。

「YES」を選択した場合は詳細やHAP ID(分かる場合は)などの情報入力をします。

Critical data confirmation (重要情報の確認)

この申請書に登録されてある情報は全て申請を審査する上で重要です。

もし記入情報に誤りがある場合は、たとえビザが発行されたとしてもオーストラリア行きの飛行機への搭乗を拒否される場合があります。

下記に間違いはないか、確認をします。

• Family name (姓)

上記の情報に間違いがある場合は「Previous」を選択し、編集してください。

全ての入力情報が正しい場合は「YES」を選択し、「NEXT」を選択します。

Additional identity questions (身分証明の追加質問)

Previous travel to Australia (渡航歴)

Has this applicant previously travelled to Australia or previously applied for a visa? (申請者は以前にもオーストラリアに渡航、もしくは以前にもビザを申請したことがありますか？)に「YES」か「NO」で答え、「Next」を選択します。

「YES」を選択した場合は下記の追加質問があります。

Expired passports (失効パスポート)

Does this applicant have expired passports that were previously used to travel to Australia? (今までにオーストラリアに渡航したときに使用したパスポートで、失効しているパスポートがありますか？) に「YES」か「NO」で答えます。

「YES」を選択した場合、下記の情報を記入します

• Family name (姓)
• Given names (名)
• Sex (性別)
• Date of birth (生年月日)
• Passport number (パスポート番号)
• Country of passport (パスポート発行国)

Does this applicant have an Australian visa grant number? (申請者はビザ発行番号を持っていますか？)に「YES」か「NO」で答え、「Next」を選択します。

Accompanying members of the family unit (同行家族)

Are there any accompanying family members included in this application? (今回のビザの申請書に同行する家族*はいますか？)に「YES」か「NO」で答え、「Next」を選択します。

「YES」を選択した場合は家族の詳細を記入します。

* 家族：配偶者・法的に認められたパートナーや継子などです。

Contact details (連絡先情報)

① Department office (移民局オフィス)

申請者はオーストラリア大使館にて面接を受けることがあるため、最寄りの大使館をリストの中から選択します。

＊日本の場合は「Tokyo」を選択します。

② Country of residence (居住国)

「Usual country of residence」は申請者の普段住んでいる国です。

③ Residential address in usual country of residence (居住国での住所)

• Address (住所)
• Suburb/Town (市町村区)
• State or Province (都道府県)

ご存知の場合のみ記入します。

⑥ Contact telephone numbers in Australia (オーストラリアでの電話番号)

*こちらの項目に関しては必須ではないです。

⑦ Postal address for correspondence (郵便物の送付先住所)

Is the postal address for correspondence the same as the applicant’s residential address i their usual country of residence? (郵便の送付先住所は申請者の普段住んでいる国の住所と同じですか？)に「YES」か「NO」で答えます。

「NO」を選択した場合 Is the postal address for correspondence the same as the applicant’s residential address in Australia? (郵便の宛先住所についての質問です。申請者のオーストラリア住所と郵便物の送付先住所は同じですか？)に「YES」か「NO」で答えます。

こちらでも「NO」を選択した場合は郵便物の送付先住所を入力します。

⑧ Email address (メールアドレス)

こちらの項目では自動的にメールアドレスが入力されているので、そちらが間違っていないかを確かめてください。

Authorised recipient (承認された第三者の情報)

Does the applicant authorise another person to receive written correspondence on their behalf? (申請者は第三者が代理人としてビザ申請に関する連絡を受けることを承認しますか？)に関しては下記の4つから選択してください。

This authorises the department to send the authorised person all written correspondence that would otherwise be sent directly to the applicant. (承認することにより、移民局は承認された第三者にビザ申請に関する情報を送ることに同意します。)

• No (いいえ)
• Yes, a migration agent (はい、ビザ・エージェントなど)
• Yes, an education agent (はい、教育機関 )
• Yes, another person (はい、その他の人)

いずれかの「YES」を選択した場合は追加項目が表示されるので、代理人となる第三者の情報を記入します。

Electronic communication

The Department prefers to communicate electronically as this provides a faster method of communication. (移民局は連絡の取りやすさから電子メールで連絡を希望します。)

All correspondence, including notification of the outcome of the application,will be sent to: Email address ______________ (ビザの結果通知などのやりとりについてはこちらのメールアドレスに送られます。)

自動的に入力されているメールアドレスが正しいか確かめた上で「Next」を選択します。

Non-accompanying members of the family unit (同行しない家族)

Details of all members of the family unit of the applicant must be included in this application whether or not they intend to apply for a student visa. If non-accompanying members of the family unit details are not included in this application, they will not be eligible for grant of a student visa at a later date. (申請者の家族は学生ビザの申請をするかしないかに問わず、家族全員の情報を必ず記入する必要があります。同行しない家族情報が含まれていない場合は、今後学生ビザを申請するとしてもビザが発行されません。)

Does the applicant have any members of their family unit that have not already been included as an ‘Accompanying member of the family unit’ in this application? (「同行する家族」に含まれていない申請者の家族はいますか？)に「YES」か「NO」で答え、「Next」を選択します。

「同行する家族」に含まれていない申請者の家族がいる場合は「YES」を選択し、家族情報を記載してください。

Genuine temporary entrant (GTE)

留学が真正な一時的な滞在であることを示すために2016年7月1日から導入された調査です。

All student visa applicants are required to provide information in support of their application to demonstrate that they meet the Genuine Temporary Entrant criteria. (全ての学生ビザ申請者はGTE基準を満たすことを証明するの情報を提出することを求められます。)

Give details to support the applicant’s ability to meet the criteria and ensure supporting documents are attached. (申請者がGTE基準を満たすことを証す情報を記入し、書類を添付するようにしてください。)

Funding for stay (滞在中の資金)

Do all applicants in this application confirm that they each have access to sufficient funds to support themselves for the total period of stay in Australia and understand that further evidence of funds may also be requested? (この申請書に含まれている全ての申請者は、各自がオーストラリア滞在中に必要な資金を充分に持っていて、その資金を証明する書類が要求されることを理解していますか？)に「YES」か「NO」で答え、「Next」を選択します。

「YES」を選択した場合、以下の追加項目が表示されます。
